1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging AMP Exterior Services LLC for any service, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Examples include:

  • heavier contamination than expected

  • larger service areas

  • restricted access

  • excessive buildup

  • hidden damage

  • additional requested work

Approval of an estimate constitutes authorization to perform the agreed services.

3. Scheduling, Access & Site Readiness

Customers are responsible for ensuring the property is ready for service at the scheduled appointment time.

Customer responsibilities include:

  • providing safe and clear access

  • moving vehicles

  • removing obstructions

  • moving fragile items, decorations, planters, furniture, and valuables

  • ensuring all windows and doors are properly closed and sealed

  • providing working water access

  • providing electrical access if needed

AMP Exterior Services LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform service caused by inaccessible property or customer failure to prepare the site.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Free Cancellation

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled service may be changed at no charge.

Late Cancellation

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee equal to:

25% of the quoted service total OR $100, whichever is greater.

This covers:

  • reserved scheduling time

  • labor allocation

  • route planning

  • lost business opportunity

No-Show / Inaccessible Property

If AMP arrives and service cannot be completed due to:

  • customer absence (if required)

  • inaccessible property

  • locked gates

  • blocked work areas

  • unavailable water/electrical access

  • unsafe conditions caused by the customer

  • failure to complete required preparation

the appointment may be considered a no-show/service call and applicable charges remain due.

5. Trash Bin Cleaning Service Terms

For trash bin cleaning services:

Customers must ensure:

  • bins are accessible and unobstructed

If bins are:

  • not emptied

  • inaccessible

  • missing

  • blocked

  • otherwise not service-ready

AMP Exterior Services reserves the right to decline service, and the appointment may be treated as a completed service call with charges remaining due.

6. Deposits / Project Scheduling

Certain services may require a deposit prior to scheduling or commencement of work.

Projects quoted at $1,000 or greater may require a minimum 25% deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects involving:

  • material procurement

  • custom orders

  • specialty equipment

  • larger labor allocation

  • fencing

  • drainage

  • irrigation installation

  • other larger project services

may require a larger deposit at AMP Exterior Services LLC’s discretion.

Deposits secure scheduling, labor allocation, and material purchasing.

If a customer cancels after materials have been purchased, labor has been allocated, or scheduling commitments have been made, deposited amounts may be partially or fully retained to cover incurred costs, administrative expenses, restocking fees, and lost scheduling opportunity.

7. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • credit/debit cards

  • ACH/electronic transfer

  • invoiced payment methods

Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to collection action.

Returned payments, failed transactions, chargebacks, or disputed charges for valid completed services may result in additional fees and recovery costs.

8. Refunds / Satisfaction Policy

Due to the nature of completed exterior services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If a customer has a service concern, they must notify AMP Exterior Services LLC within 24 hours of service completion so we may evaluate and reasonably address the issue.
